Data Analyst Lead for Cancer Care Navigation

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Lead to join our team at Thyme Care, a pioneering cancer care navigation company. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and maintaining a strong analytical foundation that drives data-driven insights and informs business decisions.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for modeling data, developing intuitive dashboards, and delivering consistent and performant reports using Looker, a leading Business Intelligence platform.
- Collaborate with our Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve outcomes further and track the efficacy of our tooling and interventions as we serve our patients.
- Develop documentation and training materials to improve the data fluency and Looker comfort of our internal customers.
Your Expertise:
- Deep experience working as a Looker developer, with a strong background in data modeling, analytics, and BI tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations data, including claims, prior auth, EHR, scheduling, etc.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or willingness to learn.
- A bias for transparency and partnership with stakeholders, balancing building it "right" vs building what's needed "right now."
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
