Your Role:

  • Engage collaboratively with spinning partners across the supply chain.
  • Deliver technical guidance throughout the spinning operations and conduct yarn assessments.
  • Supervise product evaluations and assist spinning teams in achieving and sustaining superior quality, ensuring meticulous documentation.
  • Create educational resources and lead training sessions for clients, partners, and team members.
  • Identify and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability.
  • Follow directives from the GTM and Neolast Business Manager.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on technical experience in melt and/or elastic fiber spinning, with a strong understanding of fiber process, structure, and properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of production methodologies, equipment for yarn manufacturing, and spinneret design.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Adept at working within international cross-functional teams, with effective communication skills to collaborate with a global workforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
