Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of project managers and engineers to deliver projects successfully.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering, or a related discipline).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction management or project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
