Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with Caleb Brett safety protocols.
  • Execute specified methodologies for various tasks, ensuring all related documentation is completed.
  • Conduct volume and temperature measurements, as well as sampling of commodities in various containers.
  • Perform visual inspections on equipment and transport vehicles.
  • Carry out custody transfer surveys for commodities during loading and unloading processes.
  • Conduct routine calibrations and function checks on equipment.
  • Document and communicate results accurately in the required formats.
  • Assist and learn from experienced inspectors on-site.
  • Coordinate with terminal and transport personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor supply availability for operational needs and communicate requirements as necessary.
  • Maintain organized and clean work areas and equipment.
  • Ensure the accuracy and traceability of all recorded information.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Basic understanding of mathematics and proficiency in an automated work environment.
  • Willingness to work on-call and adapt to various shifts.
  • No fear of heights is essential.
  • IFIA certification is preferred or the ability to obtain it.
  • Capability to climb ladders and stairs for inspections.
  • Experience in volume and temperature measurement, as well as sampling of commodities.
  • Conduct visual inspections on various equipment and vehicles.
  • Perform custody transfer surveys accurately.
  • Complete routine equipment calibrations and checks.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a reliable driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
