- Complete necessary documentation for each load processed.
- Assess each load's dimensions to confirm adherence to permit requirements.
- Collaborate with drivers to prepare loads for transport effectively.
- Provide daily reports detailing load specifications and scheduled departure times.
- Conduct thorough inspections of each load before it leaves the site.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Availability for occasional night shifts and weekend work as needed.
- Flexibility to travel out of town within designated regions when required.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
- Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Participation in safety training and team meetings is essential.
- Capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely navigate heavy equipment.
- Strong visual acuity for interpreting manuals and ensuring safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience in Rig Moving is advantageous.
- Experience in the oilfield sector is a plus.
