Job Overview

The Sales Consultant role is a dynamic opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple business areas within a store location. To succeed, you will be responsible for supporting and positively impacting a culture of customer-obsession by being customer-ready and delivering world-class service each day. This includes engaging as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals, as trained by management and described in corporate training materials.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales volume and meet personal goals.
  • Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Monitor and positively impact the achievement of store sales volume and metrics goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to navigate changing priorities and programs.
