As a Polysomnography Technician II at Baptist Memorial Health Care, you will play a vital role in our Sleep Center team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to perform basic polysomnographic testing and associated interventions under the direct supervision of our clinical director or medical director.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient information to identify and meet patient-specific needs
- Oversee and perform difficult and unusual procedures and therapeutic interventions
- Follow procedural protocols and demonstrate the ability to analyze complex situations and apply policy
- Complete assigned goals and requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited educational program in polysomnography or equivalent experience and documented proficiency
- Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
