Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

Softheon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and programs, managing their complexities and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Oversee and prioritize the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and resource optimization.
  • Develop and implement proactive risk identification and mitigation frameworks for complex projects.
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports and strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to actively engage in the hiring and recruitment processes.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of professional work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to track multiple fast-paced items at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Scrum Master (CSM).
