About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team at Life Changes Group. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support their mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Clear and active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
