Job Overview

RideNow Powersports, a division of RumbleOn, is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic BDC Internet Sales Consultant to enhance customer satisfaction, convert inquiries into sales, and foster long-term client relationships.

If you possess exceptional listening skills, excel in phone communication, and have experience managing internet sales inquiries, we would like to hear from you. A genuine interest in motorcycles and powersports will be a significant advantage for this role.

The ideal candidate should have a background in selling motorcycles and powersports in an online environment or possess extensive knowledge in this area. The compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by a lucrative performance bonus based on sales and appointment confirmations, allowing for a rewarding income.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and online inquiries regarding Powersports Vehicles.
  • Schedule sales appointments and conduct follow-ups with potential customers.
  • Respond to calls and internet inquiries promptly, ensuring courtesy, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with customers using their preferred communication method (phone, email, text), demonstrating excellent writing skills.
  • Engage in customer follow-up and retention efforts, maintaining contact with both potential and existing clients.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory and efficiently utilize software to locate vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information in the CRM system.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a BDC or high-volume call center environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing e-commerce sales inquiries.
  • Prior experience in automotive or powersports internet sales is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Eleads is desirable.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong email proficiency.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Persistence in following up with customers.
  • Proficient in internet usage, computer skills, and organizational abilities to manage leads effectively.
  • Interest and knowledge in powersports vehicles.
