Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries regarding Powersports Vehicles.
  • Schedule sales appointments and conduct follow-ups with all potential customers.
  • Respond to calls and internet inquiries promptly, maintaining professionalism and accuracy. If unsure about an answer, make an effort to find the correct information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through their preferred channels (phone, email, text), showcasing exceptional writing skills.
  • Engage in customer follow-up and retention by reaching out to unsold prospects and maintaining contact with existing customers.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory and utilize software to efficiently locate vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BDC or high-volume call center.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing e-commerce sales inquiries.
  • Prior experience in automotive or powersports internet sales is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Eleads is desirable.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site, with a schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong email proficiency.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Persistence in following up with customers.
  • Proficient in internet usage, computer skills, and organizational abilities to track leads effectively.
  • Interest and knowledge in powersports vehicles.
