About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Burn Trauma Surgical team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients on 8AB, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Current surgical trauma experience preferred.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
