Job Description

We are seeking a motivated financial service professional to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will work with clients to develop and implement tailored financial plans using our array of services. You will help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products.

You will network within your community, build relationships, and understand the needs and financial concerns of clients. You will assess clients' potential life and financial needs and create and implement an individualized plan that can include investment solutions and protection solutions.

You will educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events or circumstances they may encounter. You will promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals.

You will cultivate relationships with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security. You will build and expand your practice by establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients.

You will implement social media and other marketing strategies to identify and seek prospects so you can foster strong, long-term relationships. You will provide compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise.

Qualifications
  • Must possess uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients
  • Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required
  • Must possess uncompromising integrity

  • Excellent calendar management skills
  • An enterprising spirit is a trait for success
  • Sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Desire to make a change and help people as you grow your career
  • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contacts
  • Coachable and willing to learn is a must
  • Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a similarly related field. Work/Business experience can be substituted for a college degree
