Job Description

At Caliber Sourcing, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Worldwide Congress to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and management of congresses and events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement congress strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute congresses, including vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement congress content, including scientific data validation and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage budgets and contracts, ensuring timely and within-budget execution of congresses.
  • Travel to assigned congresses to ensure successful execution and provide on-site support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with congress organizers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industry, with a focus on congress operations and management.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of international healthcare customers, stakeholders, and influencers, with a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid passport and willingness to work in a global environment.
