Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Patient Flow Specialist to join our NavitsPartners team in NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing care based on patient acuity levels.

You will work closely with the ED team to expedite critical care and provide clear instructions to patients and families during wait times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial patient assessments to determine acuity levels.
  • Communicate effectively with ED teams to optimize patient flow.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients and families during wait times.
  • Utilize advanced clinical judgment to prioritize care.

Requirements:

  • 18 months of experience in ED nursing with triage focus.
  • NJ RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
