We are currently in search of a skilled Pediatric Neuropathologist to play a vital role in our growing team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected group of eight dedicated Pathologists, including another Neuropathologist and four PhD laboratory directors, at one of the leading free-standing children's hospitals in the nation.

Our facilities include two high-complexity laboratories in the region, equipped to perform a wide range of tests, from routine evaluations to advanced procedures that cater to our complex patient needs. There are numerous opportunities to engage in clinically relevant research.

Our specialized laboratories in cytogenetics, microbiology, and electron microscopy, along with our pediatric pathology services, are unique in the region and serve as referral centers. The department also offers a Pediatric Pathology fellowship program that provides outstanding training. Academic appointments at Northeast Ohio Medical University are available, based on experience.

The ideal candidate will possess board certification in Neuropathology and Anatomic Pathology; additional qualifications in Clinical Pathology and/or Pediatric Pathology are advantageous.

This role is classified as a 501(c)(3) site, making it eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government.
