About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace and Identity Services Manager to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services Leadership Team, you will be responsible for executing the Workplace and Identity technology roadmap and developing standard, global services to support the business and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, get buy-in for, and deliver the portfolio of work to deliver on the integrated roadmap, measured by progress against the roadmap for the Workplace and Identity Services
  • Own the Workplace and Identity service end-to-end, ensuring production stability, and putting in place relevant controls and mechanisms to manage exceptions to engineering standards
  • Assure infrastructure and end-user technologies and products, ensuring appropriate security, availability, resilience, and continuity are built-in
  • Identify and manage any single points of failure (risk, continuous improvement, knowledge management)
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for infrastructure service providers and coordinate third-party infrastructure service design, provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting
  • Build and lead a high-performing, technical team that has the skills to deliver Workplace and Identity services that meet the business needs

  • Broad geographic experience, with demonstrated experience working across the globe
  • Leadership: demonstrates managerial courage, coaches, trains, sets expectations, evaluates, and holds people accountable for delivering
  • Mental agility: innovative thinker, willing to turn ideas on their head, can handle highly complex situations, and can manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication: excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Technical expertise/certifications: in-depth understanding of Workplace and Identity Development and Operations leading practice
