Main Responsibilities:

  • Envision and architect comprehensive solutions during large-scale PLM transformations.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and enterprise architecture to ensure future-proof solutions.
  • Collaborate with business process specialists, owners, and IT teams to craft innovative solutions in related PLM/IT technologies.
  • Convince business stakeholders of the value of architected solutions.
  • Develop strategic content, including whitepapers and point-of-view pieces, to support business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate (electrical, mechanical, or computer science).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in one or more leading PLM technologies (Siemens PLM, Dassault Systems, Oracle Agile, PTC).
  • Experience driving process alignment with a PLM technology and defining architectural solutions within PLM transformation programs.
  • Preferred background in manufacturing industries for over 3 years.
  • Digital initiative experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in PLM, with a strong track record in leading PLM technologies (Teamcenter, Enovia, PTC) and a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing industries.
