Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Shipping Warehouse Operator to manage our logistics operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including Raymond Reach Trucks and Order Pickers, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Utilize carton to pallet scanning methods to ensure accurate offloading of goods.
  • Identify and locate palletized freight from multiple sort lanes and organize them in designated storage areas.
  • Retrieve pallets from storage and load them onto outbound trailers, ensuring compliance with weight and customer specifications.
  • Implement and maintain 5S practices to promote a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and responsibilities as outlined.
  • Utilize DOCS, DStorage, Pick to Pallet, and RF Scanners for operational tasks.
  • Manage the flow of goods between off-loading, storage, and loading processes.
  • Be open to cross-training for enhanced flexibility across various job functions.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed productivity benchmarks consistently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with supervisors and peers.
  • Physical capability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Completion of training in 40CFR regulations as applicable to the role.
