About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Careerbuilder-US. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections to determine the source of pest activity, selecting and building solutions to remedy pest presence, and performing pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pest Control Services
    • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity and determine the best course of action
    • Select and implement effective solutions to eliminate pest presence
    • Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment
  • Customer Experience
    • Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior
    • Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pest issues
    • Identify and recommend additional services to provide value to customers
  • Continuous Learning
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and technologies in the pest control industry
    • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
    • Obtain and maintain licenses and certifications required by federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Skills and Attributes
    • Demonstrated attention to detail
    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
    • Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of pest control
