Position Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will execute nursing care procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Manager. This role involves monitoring and documenting patient reactions to various treatments and participating in the management activities of the nursing unit. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid NYS LPN license/registration.
  • Current CPR certification from an accredited organization, such as the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, is mandatory.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with gastroenterology patients is preferred.

Work Schedule:

This position requires availability for daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

Compensation Information:

The salary for this role is set at $30.48 per hour. Please note that this figure serves as a general guideline; actual salaries may vary based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
