- Use data, observation, and analytical skills to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in team health and delivery, develop proposed solutions, and share knowledge and best practices across teams.
- Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the teams you coach.
- Actively seek coaching and mentoring from more experienced Scrum Masters and coaches on Lean-Agile techniques and mindset.
The ideal candidate has considerable experience guiding agile teams through the ebb and flow of agile transformation.
Solid knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and Agile project management concepts, practices, and techniques.
Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least five years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Agile certification preferred.
Solid project and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives.
