About the Role

As a Lead Consultant at Computacenter, you will play a critical role in providing technical governance and assurance of complex solutions that span across multiple technical streams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality solutions that meet their contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with pre-sales engagement and qualification of design and/or opportunities to win customer business
  • Attend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of customer requirements and to assist with knowledge transfer
  • Lead technical teams and take ownership of complex assignments that span multiple technology streams
  • Produce technical, presales, and consultative documentation across technology streams
  • Quality assure all deliverables produced by team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Computacenter
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future market developments, technologies, products, and strategies
  • Manage design and implementation of low-risk/medium-scale solutions
  • Understand and abide by all security and operational policies
  • Deliver high-quality solutions using Computacenter's methodologies
  • Achieve utilization targets
  • Ensure successful handover of technology to internal or customer support functions
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment

Requirements

  • Graduate-level or relevant technical experience within a large organization or IT industry
  • Relevant qualifications or accreditations in one or more technology areas
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to design complex multi-technology solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present in a group setting
  • Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications
