Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: Full Time - Day Shift

Experience:
1. One to three years of experience in telephone or community/public interaction with a focus on customer service.
2. Experience in healthcare, familiarity with medical terminology, and knowledge of managed care is preferred.
3. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
4. Proficiency in computer systems, including experience with multiple databases, as well as a working knowledge of the Internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and email is required.

Education:
A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
