Job Summary:

The Bilingual Patient Service Specialist provides exceptional customer service to patients and guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and guests, verify their status, and provide updates on wait times or delays.
  • Respond to phone calls, answer questions, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule patient appointments, verify demographic and insurance information, and collect co-payments.
  • Process insurance updates, conduct patient check-in and check-out, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent service, maintain a professional appearance, and adhere to clinic standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred.
