Patient Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Greets patients and families, answers phone calls, and responds to messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedules patient appointments, registers patients, and verifies demographic information.
- Collects patient payments, prepares medical records, and maintains accurate records.
- Provides excellent customer service, resolves issues, and promotes a positive patient experience.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
- One year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
