Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Case Manager is a vital member of the Customer Support team at HRDC IX. This role is responsible for providing case management services to diverse populations, with a focus on supporting Spanish-speaking individuals. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to assess their needs, develop plans, and connect them with resources and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs and develop plans to address their goals and objectives
  • Connect customers with resources and benefits, including housing, employment, and education services
  • Provide ongoing support and case management to customers, including regular check-ins and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with other HRDC IX teams, including Compliance and Customer Support, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Services, or a related field
  • Native or bilingual Spanish speaker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a temperature-controlled office environment and to operate a motor vehicle under all weather conditions. The successful candidate will also be exposed to customers with unfavorable body odor and may be required to work with customers in crisis.
