Job Title: Project Manager - Rigging and Logistics

At 2H Talent LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager with rigging and logistics experience to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of rigging and logistics projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating rigging, heavy hauling, and logistics services.
  • Oversee the storage, transportation, and placement of heavy equipment at job sites, ensuring safety and precision.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during the execution of projects.
  • Manage on-site teams, including rigging crews and equipment operators, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Address any issues that arise during the course of the project, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in rigging, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Experience with heavy hauling and crane operations is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • OSHA or equivalent safety certification is a plus.
