About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator/Administrator to join our team at MarineMax. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and service teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Greet customers, answer incoming calls, and return customer calls prior to close of business each day.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Use reporting tools to identify and contact existing and prior MarineMax customers.
  • Departmental Support: Assist with departmental expenses and P-Card submissions, process and track PO's.
  • Communication and Organization: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, maintain service personnel certification logs, and perform outreach to customers assigned by the Service Manager.
  • Service Delivery: Schedule appointments for service drop-offs and mobile service, make follow-up calls to customers, and assist the Service Team by taking incoming calls during peak periods.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Utilize G2 DMS to identify prior service work performed, document all elements of F.O.R.M and notes around customer needs, and set and adhere to reminders for additional follow-ups.

Requirements

  • $50,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools
