We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a RN - MPU ASU 1.0 FTE Variable, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
