Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • Manage customer inquiries and proactively pursue additional leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, accessories, and financing options
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Internet Manager to follow up with leads and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working collaboratively with all customers, teams, and departments
  • Exercise excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and protect the dealership's interests
Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Positive work ethic and professional appearance
  • Reliability and ability to maintain a high level of productivity
  • Valid State Driver's License and Social Security Card
