Our Sweeping Division is committed to delivering clean and secure environments, including parking lots, sidewalks, roadways, and construction sites, while prioritizing eco-friendly practices.

Regardless of the client’s needs, we treat every property with the utmost care and respect.


ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As a Sweeping Operator, you will work autonomously and collaboratively, operating specialized sweeping vehicles to uphold cleanliness and safety at designated locations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining construction zones, roadways, and various sites to reduce debris and air pollution.
  • Receiving comprehensive training on job responsibilities, expectations, and career development opportunities within the More Clean team.

Standard working hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM, with potential for additional hours as project demands arise, always with prior notification.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum age of 23 years.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Capability to perform duties in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in following both written and verbal instructions.
  • Familiarity with Gmail and iPad technology.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In this role, operators will frequently be required to drive, stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach outward and above shoulder height, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend. The position may involve lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as pushing or pulling similar weights.

Vision requirements include the ability to see clearly at various distances, distinguish colors, and maintain depth perception.
