We are seeking a reliable and motivated Overnight Sweeper Operator to join our team. As a key member of our Sweeping Division, you will be responsible for operating power sweeping trucks to maintain assigned sites, ensuring cleanliness and safe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians.

You will work independently and with a crew to maintain construction sites, roads, and other areas, minimizing debris and air pollution in the environment.

Training will be provided on all aspects of the job, including setting expectations and goals for your career while on our More Clean team.

• Operate power sweeping trucks to maintain assigned sites
• Maintain construction sites, roads, and other areas to minimize debris and air pollution
• Work independently and with a crew to ensure cleanliness and safe conditions
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Meet or exceed performance expectations and goals

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver license and clean driving record - CDL preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
• Ability to utilize Gmail and iPad technology

The driver will be required to drive, stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, reach outward, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, squat or kneel, and/or bend. They must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
