This role is part of our composite structures design team, responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge composite systems for our space vehicles. Your expertise will directly impact the history of space exploration, requiring your commitment to safe and repeatable space flight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and analyzing composite structures using CATIA V5 and other software tools
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to select materials, manufacturing processes, and suppliers
  • Implementing cost and rate improvements through design updates and process optimizations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., aerospace, mechanical) and 10 years of experience in aircraft or spacecraft structures
  • Strong understanding of composite and metallic design and analysis principles
  • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance analysis (ASME Y14.5)

We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated salary of $136,467 - $191,053 per year, depending on location and experience.
