About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Associate to join our team at IWG. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive member engagement and retention
  • Ensure the center is well-maintained, clean, and organized, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old
