Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on standards of care and policies of LCMC Health.
- Delegate to professional and non-professional personnel involved in the delivery of care.
- Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for patients and others with a specialty in wound care treatment and prevention.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating all aspects of care for each assigned patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify actions to improve patient care and education.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Preferred: BSN and 1 year of experience in a related clinical area.
