Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide expert nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities in the New London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop care plans
  • Provide expert nursing care to residents, including administering and supervising treatments and medications

  • Ensure staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards

Requirements
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Diploma from an approved nursing program
  • Minimum 6 months of experience (RN or related role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
