About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead, Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive business value and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop machine learning models that meet business requirements and drive business value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and product managers to ensure successful model deployment
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Contribute to the development of our machine learning platform and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AI
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
