Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Turret Operator to join our team at Lineage Logistics Holding, LLC. As a Turret Operator, you will be responsible for operating a Turret machine to pick, pull, and move whole pallets of products while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write order numbers, receiver names, and case quantities on every order, box, pallet, package, and bin pulled.
  • Report bad tickets to the appropriate leader immediately.
  • Pull orders in a timely manner.
  • Help run freight and locate product once orders are pulled.
  • Report broken pallets to the supervisor.
  • Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
  • Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
Additional Duties
  • Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit (-25 Celsius) in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit (37 Celsius) in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, with weight varying depending on the facility.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
  • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, which can be loud at times.
