Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain CNC machines and other industrial equipment
  • Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of equipment issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems, using your expertise to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment, ensuring they are equipped to get the most out of our machinery
  • Document all service and repair activities, maintaining accurate records of work performed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer
  • Experience with CNC installation and repair, as well as industrial maintenance and repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Valid Driver's License
