Hardware Engineer

The Hardware Engineer is responsible for the setup and maintenance of the hardware environment, identifying and resolving related engineering issues, and ensuring timely product delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, manufacturing, and customer support.
- Analyze and resolve engineering issues in a timely manner.
- Work with R&D to identify and resolve root causes of failures.
- Manage and guide the transition of products into production.
- Review and guide troubleshooting and repair direction.
- Operate oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
- Solder wire and rework PCB boards.
- Check circuit schematic and layout files using Allegro tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and diligence.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- High emotional intelligence skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of server/storage/PC hardware architecture.
- Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
- Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
- Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.
