Job Responsibilities:
Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
Foster an outstanding experience for members and guests through a welcoming and supportive demeanor.
Attract new clients by promoting member referrals and memberships.
Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and shared spaces.

Job Requirements:
Active GA Massage Therapist license in good standing.
Carry massage therapy liability insurance
Effective communication skills with clients, management, and staff.
Proficiency in Swedish Massage is required.
Familiarity with other modalities (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue) is preferred but not mandatory. Hand and Stone provides training in all modalities for team members.
Understand and appreciate the healing advantages of massage therapy and bodywork.
