Role Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Deliver outstanding patient care with measurable outcomes.
- Conduct evaluations of new patients, assessing their medical and emotional needs to create tailored care plans.
- Supervise aides during treatment sessions and assist with their setup and cleanup tasks.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 55 to 60 treatments and evaluations weekly for full-time therapists.
- Engage in research initiatives supported by the clinic and contribute to the development of treatment protocols for common diagnoses.
- Provide constructive feedback on policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care across all clinics.
- Address patient feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy License
