Job Responsibilities:
Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
Provide an exceptional experience for members and guests through a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Attract new clients by promoting memberships and referrals.
Maintain a professional and clean environment in therapy rooms and shared spaces.
Job Requirements:
Active Georgia Massage Therapist license in good standing.
Hold massage therapy liability insurance
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Swedish Massage is required.
Familiarity with additional modalities (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue) is preferred but not mandatory. Hand and Stone provides training in all modalities for our team members.
Understand and appreciate the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
