Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at New York Imaging Service. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
  • New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in IV contrast administration.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.) certification.
  • One year experience in the field of radiology.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills.
