**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at New York Imaging Service. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your expertise will play a crucial role in diagnosing medical conditions and providing exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' anatomy
* Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
* Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and timely image acquisition

**Requirements**

* Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
* New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with certification in IV contrast administration
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered Technologist (R.T.) certification (preferred)
* One year of experience in radiology (preferred)
* Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
