Job Description

Manpower Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement network architecture to meet the needs of our business, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Network Operations: Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our network from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal network performance.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in network administration, design, and implementation.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security. Experience with Cisco IOS and Aruba AOS.
  • Certifications: CCNP, ACMP, or equivalent certifications.
