We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Allina Health Clinic in Cottage Grove. As a Primary Care Physician, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and mental health providers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Active medical license in Minnesota or ability to obtain.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
