Key Responsibilities

The Chief Human Resources Officer will oversee the comprehensive human resources operations for a nationwide workforce. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop, guide, and mentor the HR team within a shared service framework.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Workday HRIS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Capability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Extensive experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Strong skills in employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to interpret workforce needs and implement proactive solutions.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
