Key Responsibilities

The Chief Human Resources Officer will oversee the comprehensive human resources operations for a nationwide workforce. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop, guide, and mentor the HR team within a shared service framework.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Workday HRIS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Capability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Extensive experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Strong skills in employee relations and performance management.
