Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Cash Handling and Financial Management: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Staff Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality food and service standards, including taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a fast-casual concept.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
